This class introduces the student to the fundementals of mold making and slip casting by creating two part molds based off of fruits, vegetables, smaller ‘random’ objects or figurines, which we’ll turn into functional salt & pepper shakers. 

 

All items will be cast in white porcelain, with the option to glaze details. The student will leave with basic knowledge of plaster mold making and  slip casting, and will part with at least 2 sets of ready-to-use shakers. 

 

 Classes are limited to 4 people. Includes all materials.
